Do I need an account to buy or sell watches?

Yes, you must create an account to access the marketplace, list watches, or make purchases. Your account helps keep transactions secure and allows us to notify you of important updates.

How do I list a watch for sale?

First, connect your account to Stripe by visiting your Settings and opening the Payment Settings tab. Once your Stripe account is connected, you can list a watch by going to your dashboard and clicking “List a Watch.”

Is Stripe required to sell?

Yes. Stripe is required for sellers to receive payouts. We use Stripe to ensure secure, fast, and compliant payment processing.

Do you provide shipping or delivery services?

No. Shipping is not handled by the marketplace. Buyers and sellers must arrange shipping or delivery between themselves after a purchase is made.

What happens if there’s a dispute or issue with a transaction?

We encourage buyers and sellers to communicate clearly before finalizing transactions. If an issue arises, contact us atsupport@websterwatches.com and we’ll help investigate or provide guidance.

How can I delete my account?

If you'd like to close your account, please email us atsupport@websterwatches.com from the email associated with your account. We’ll guide you through the process.
